The journey to Te Matatini o Ngā Taniwha 2027 is reaching another milestone as 57 of the nation's finest kapa haka from Aotearoa and Australia prepare for the official Live Draw, to determine the competition pools for the national festival. Hosted by Te Arikinui, Kuini Nga wai hono i te po, Patron of Te Matatini, the draw will take place at Kimiora, the dining hall and cultural centre of Tūrangawaewae Marae in Ngāruawāhia.
