Kapa haka teams from all over the Tainui region battle it out at the Claudelands Arena & Events Centre to determine who will represent Tainui at the national Te Matatini Festival 2026. Free parking, koha entry, and live music entertainment.

A massive gathering of the next generation of Tainui kapa haka will compete for two days at the Claudelands Arena & Events Centre on November 13-14, in a free community event with koha entry and free parking.
